Dean of Faculty
Overall head of the faculty. Oversees academic quality, administration, and strategic planning.
Deputy Dean / Associate Dean
Assists the Dean in faculty management and academic oversight.
Faculty Officer
Senior administrator managing faculty-wide coordination, student records, staff matters, and scheduling.
Head of Department (HoD)
Leads an individual department under the faculty. Manages curriculum, staff, and departmental research.

Professor

Associate Professor

Senior Lecturer
Teaches undergraduate and postgraduate classes. Often involved in departmental committees and curriculum development.
Lecturer I & II
Core teaching staff for most undergraduate courses. May assist in research and project supervision.
Assistant Lecturer
Junior teaching staff. Supports senior lecturers and handles smaller class loads.
Graduate Assistant
Postgraduate students who support lecturers with tutorials, grading, or lab sessions.
